Activation issue while porting from old carrier to xfinity mobile
I have got Xfinity IPhone 7 yesterday but facing issue while making it activated with old carrier. Called to customer care couple of times, but issue still persists. Provided old carrier Acc# , PIN# as required.
Please let me know will this get resolved, else I want to cancel my request and return the item to Xfinity.
Now activation button is disappeared from web page, so I cannot try from my end any more.
