Account info requests

Support staff needs to be more specific when asking for account numbers from posters having issues. This is an Xfinity Mobile forum so logically when an account number is requested, commonsense would lead one to think it's the MOBILE account number being asked for instead of the Xfinity HOME account account where internet and TV services are being delivered (which is the one they want).

Hi Jogn1455, thank you for suggestion. We will be more clear about which account number we need if the wrong one is presented or asked.
