$300 prepaid card for Samsung phone purchase

$300 prepaid card for Samsung phone purchase

My card says it was shipped on 11/27/19. However, I have not recieved it. Do I need to continue to wait a while longer or call and inquire?

You should inquire. I received my card three days after it was shipped.

I've called and was told I would get a call back. I even private messaged a comcast agent on here but have not got a response
