$200 S9 Exchange Guaranty - It is a mystery what phones qualify even Xfinity/Comcast doesn't know

Can anyone at Comcast provide a list of "qualified devices" for the $200 guaranteed return value with the Galaxy S9 Promotion.  There are no resources to date who can answer this question, yet Comcast issues a press release stating they are offering a $200 gauranty.

I was going to buy an S9 and after a lengthy ordeal was offered $33 for my phone which all other providers are including in their exchange promotions (basically all are offering $200).

Some attorney should be lining up a class action lawsuit ASAP, any marketing that is bold enought to issue a "guaranty" should be pretty clear and concise.

Where did you see a $200 guarantee? I've only seen an "upto $200" for trade in.

From Xfinity's press release, yet they don't define nor does anyone in their customer service/sale department know what a "qualified trade-in" is.

Sounds like another way of saying "up to". The whole sentence in the press release is "Additionally, customers who trade in a qualified device will receive $200 guaranteed, for a potential value of up to $450 when purchasing a Samsung smartphone."

The "for potential value of up to" indicates not all phones will get you $200

their headline on their press release speaks for itself "if you have a qualified trade in you are guaranteed $200", the point is they don't say and still can't produce what a qualified trade in is, so it is essentially fraudulent advertising.  Also a "guarantee" is different than "up to".  If the offer was worded, you could get up to $200 for a trade-in that would have a much different effect, I am sure you could get up to significantly higher than $200 if you traded in an Iphone X or Galaxy S8, the way they worded their press release implies that the $200 is a floor value, or in the press release they should have a footnote stating what phones qualify for this offer (which was not produced and still is not available).

Here is the faq under Samsung's exchange program which is similar to ameveryine else, xfinity doesn't have any of this info nor can their customer service provide it...

What device models can I currently trade in?

Devices currently eligible for Samsung Trade-In are: Samsung Galaxy Note5, GS5, GS6, GS6 Edge, GS6 Edge+, GS7, GS7 Edge and GS7 Active; iPhone SE, iPhone 5 and above; LG G5, LG G6 and LG V20; Google Pixel and Pixel XL. The types of devices eligible for trade-in may be updated at any time by Samsung by updating the drop-down menus where you select your trade-in device at the time of your purchase of your new Galaxy S8, S8+ or Note8. If there is any discrepancy between the above list and the drop-down menus, the devices listed in the drop-down menus are the eligible model.
