2 gift cards or one?

I switched 2 phones over to Xfinity in Sept. We received one card on Dec 10.
I received one gift card of $300, the second one has not arrived. I am wondering if they combined 2 $150 gift cards or the second is missing. On rebate status it shows $300 card for both numbers and status date of Dec 7.
I don't see mention of gift card amounts in any emails. And it has been a while and I just dont remember if the rebate was $300 total or per line.
I just think it would be odd to send out one card.

Re: 2 gift cards or one?

BYOD was $150 per device so you're all set, never was $300 per.

Sometimes the rebate center is messed up, mine showed gift cards that I was never entitled to and they were cancelled out eventually.

BYOD?
Bring your own deal?
These were 2 new phones we purchased from Xfinity.

Re: 2 gift cards or one?

Should have said switched 2 lines, not phones.

Maybe BYOD stands for something else.

Re: 2 gift cards or one?

BYOD = bring your own device, the wording confused me.

If the two new phones you purchased (and ported numbers to) were not an Apple or Samsung device, you received what you were owed at $150 per phone/line. If they were an Apple or Samsung device you woud be owed more. I suspect it's the former and that you received what was promised.
