I signed up Xfinity mobile by the end of July 2019, so I am suppose to be the 1st gen user.
I confirmed with the customer service in early Aug that I am 1st gen. However, at the end of Aug, I discovered that I was placed on the 2nd gen plan.
The guy Jamie from first level customer service was being helpful and tried to correct it and put me back onto the 1st gen plan but failed. He told me that the system won’t allow him to “covert” from 2nd to 1st gen. Does anyone have experience with this gen issue?
