Heyya Comcast... striking out with phone support after daily calls for a week, so trying via the forums as it looks like you just take care of everyone's issues!
Anyway... We've tried many times to get my wife's phone number ported over from Tmobile. Lots of promises to help, but no solution... very frustrating!
Current status: 1 day left before our last chance to return the iPhone and walk away from Comcast, and the port is still pending. We love the value proposition of Xfinity Mobile, if only it could be activated.
Please help, fast! (looking at you Mr Problem Solver @ComcastKenF)
