When I try to set my alarm through the app (android), the screen says it is disarmed, but says "We're having trouble connecting to your home devices". My Wi-Fi works, the touchscreen works, and the touchscreen connectivity is fine, the alarm itself works. This is a recent development. I've restarted my touchscreen about 20 times. The website says the same thing, that you're having trouble connecting to my home devices. How can I/can you fix this? I'm in a wheelchair and can't get out of the house fast enough when I'm leaving to set the alarm from the touchscreen.
