home app won't open

It says close app or send report....its been doing this for the past 24 hours

Thanks for reaching out & letting us know.  I've pulled up your account & have shared with our engineering team.  We've made a change on our end, can you please try uninstalling/reinstalling the app now?

I'm having the same issue...is there a problem with the system???

I uninstalled app and reinstalled app and it still says the same thing that home has stopped and to either close app or send report

We released an app update today that we believe will correct this issue.  Can you please make sure you are using 9.6.11 & let me know if you continue to experience this issue?

Having problems with my Xfinity home app on our phone it won't open I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it four times. We used this App all the time can anyone help us.

Hardy1969 -- Can you try clearing App Cache and Data from your device?
