I never see my camera shots on my iphone app. It deceives the whole purpose of having a camera at home. I would like to be able to reset it but there is no troubleshooting instructions anywhere. Please help.

I'd like to troubleshoot this issue with you. Can you please answer the following? Have you moved any of your cameras recently? Are you able to view your cameras on your Touch Screen or on the Web Portal?
