authorization error 2002

I keep getting authorization error om my Home app and can't log into my security system. I have a back up phone and the app works there though. I have cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled app. Still not working

Old phone was connecting but it updated home app and now same problem

Hello the_scum1, I can help you with logging into your Xfinity home app. Are you still having issues? If so have you tried logging in online to our website to see if you get the same error?
