Xfinity home app

I sign into the app and it sits on a welcome page with add a device as the only option. I cannot control the system. My tablet for the security system is connected to WiFi and works just fine.

One thing you can try is to uninstall/reinstall the app.

 

I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread from a Comcast Official Employee.
