Xfinity home app error #43401

Xfinity home app error #43401

My wife and I keep getting the same error on the xfinity home app, it tells me to sign in with the email that it was set up with. I'm not able to access the system now from the app. We only have one login and that is the one I'm using. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Thanks for reaching out.  I updated something on my end that I believe should correct the issue.  I'd like to also confirm the email address you are using when trying to sign in.  I will private message you for this information.  Private messages can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right hand corner of any forums page.
