I am having the same issue. Xfinity keeps resending the same access code multiple times and refuses to allow me to sign in. I can not get the app to recognize my cell either.
I need this fixed. For a short time, I had the newest Apple phone and I was able to access my cameras. I returned the phone and went back to using Samsung S9 though.
