Thanks for reaching out. I've pulled up your account & shared with engineering. We released 9.8.1 yesterday to correct app crash issues. Can you please confirm this is the app version you are using? Can you also please let me know which model iPad you are using?
Thank you for such a prompt reply! I just installed the update- evidently it hadn't been pushed through yet when I posted last night. It works perfectly now. A big thank you to the techs and engineers behind the scene who fixed this issue too.
