My Xfinity app shows the status of my home but anytime I try to turn off security or change a light it times out and doesn’t work... not sure what to do???
What device are you using? My iPhones and iPads work.
Can you manage your XHome system with the web portal?
Are you still having issues with the Xfinity Home App? What type of device are you using? Is the app up to date? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this happens? If so, and this has not helped, please send me a private message verifying your first and last name.
