Xfinity Home app not working

i am not able to access XFINITY home app on my phone. Error is that username or password is invalid but i am able to log on to XFINITY home on my pc. Very Frustrating!!!

how do i get this resolved?? I need to be able to access my xfinity home app and have not been able to for a few weeks now. I was referred to this forum but how long does it take to get a response??

I still don't have access to my xfinity home app. It has been weeks and weeks. I seriously don't understand what the problem is??

Can you please tell me the color of the icon for the Xfinity Home app that you are using?  We have a test version of our app & I want to make sure you are not using this version of the app.

By the way...the color of the app is black and red.

We experienced an issue that caused some users to receive errors upon sign in.  We believe this issue to be resolved.  Please try signing in again & let me know if you experience any more errors.
