Is the home security app still having problems? I'm not able to connect with my system using my app. System is still working at home, but have to arm and disarm using the panels.
Xfinity has gone over the cliff. Your apps from the Apple Store are not working

Are you logging in with the correct username/password?

I have the latest version on my iPhone11 and it works every day.
Try calling XHome Services 1-877-298-0874 as a long shot.
