Xfinity Home Cameras

My Xfinity Home Cameras have stopped displaying through the apps.  They display on the touch screen controller but won't display on the Android App or on the PC Windows site (I've tried Chrome and Edge browsers).  The cameras have been unplugged and rebooted and the touchscreen controller rebooted with no joy.  It used to be fairly reliable until January when I started having this issue.  I've called into the help line and gotten a trouble ticket but they haven't been able to resolve this.

 

Does anyone else have any ideas or solutions that have worked.  It's frustrating to be paying so much per month and the camera won't work.  I have Amcrest and Samsung Smart Cams also and they work so it is not an internet connection.  I can see the "non camera" status in the remote apps- the camera just won't display.

I have two cameras and they are displaying in the app and on the web site.  Is this the link you used with your browser?

Did u find a fix for this? I am having the same exact issue with the app, browser and also including my X1 boxes are not showing the cameras either.

Can't view camera feeds

I am only able to view my cameras on my touchscreen. Using the XFINITY home app, XFINITY online portal thru a computer, and also thru my X1 boxes, doesn't work anymore. I have called and chatted with tech support and still no fix. The cameras have been unplugged and rebooted and the touchscreen rebooted as well, and still nothing. How can I fix this?

Sounds like you need a tech visit.

Doubt it. Considering my service works just fine, in the home
