My Xfinity Home Cameras have stopped displaying through the apps. They display on the touch screen controller but won't display on the Android App or on the PC Windows site (I've tried Chrome and Edge browsers). The cameras have been unplugged and rebooted and the touchscreen controller rebooted with no joy. It used to be fairly reliable until January when I started having this issue. I've called into the help line and gotten a trouble ticket but they haven't been able to resolve this.
Does anyone else have any ideas or solutions that have worked. It's frustrating to be paying so much per month and the camera won't work. I have Amcrest and Samsung Smart Cams also and they work so it is not an internet connection. I can see the "non camera" status in the remote apps- the camera just won't display.
I have already pulled up your account & shared with our engineering team to investigate. I'll let you know when I have more information.
