I pulled up your account & do not see active Xfinity Home service on your account. When you log into the XH app as an Internet customer, what you're seeing is expected behavior. Can you provide a little more detail about what you're trying to do?
I'm trying to figure out what happened. I am a secondary user on an account in Stuart, Florida. I have a new account in Hollywood, Fl that includes security. Everything was fine last night, now I can't access that account. Would the account number help?
