I am unable to reconnect my Nest thermostat to my Home service (Nest was deauthorized from the Nest app). I can not re-sync the thermostat. I am unable to delete the thermostat. If I could delete it I would be able to re-add it. I have tried signing out and uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and nothing works. I keep getting error code 700-401.
Thanks for reaching out. Can you confirm that you are able to log into your Nest account and control the thermostat from the Nest app? If you are able to do so, please try clearing your Xfinity Home app data. You can also try removing & reconnecting your Nest account to the Xfinity Home app.

We have already tried doing that and we are unable to click the three dots to delete the thermostat. We try to sync and it is unable to sync. However, we can go into the Nest app and control the thermostat just fine.
