Can you give a little more detail about the issue you are experiencing? What do you mean by "redirected to an older application"?
Our mobile apps only support toggling rules on/off. Creating or editing rules is done via the Subscriber Portal.
When I try to edit an existing rule, I follow the instructions in the app, on the bottom, a website is listed, but when I click on the 'pencil' to edit, I am directed to an older version where I can edit. Message says :
We're working on this
At this time you are unable to edit this rule using this version of the Web Portal. If you’d like, you can still edit this rule using the previous version.
We are working to resolve this issue.

Thw 'Return to previous web portal' is a link that brings me to the prior web version, where I can edit my rules...its been like this a while...someone should check to see if the guy working on this fell asleep.
I guess. It's all related..starting with the app...the only way to use the iPad...then the trouble starts...I'm concerned that the link to the old web connection will be taken away, and there will be no way to do edits....you guys should keep in mind that people are doing away with pc's and laptops, ans are trying to use iPhones and iPads only...we should be able to fully use the security system without having to drag around a laptop too!

Thank you for the additional information. The rule you mentioned is one that we are working to support in our new Subscriber Portal. I understand your concerns regarding editing rules/the old SP - we take these into account when making changes. I appreciate your patience.
