Phone App

I can no longer arm my home using my phone. Also when I use the touch screen to arm, the correct status does not show on the phone. Right now for example it shows the system is disarmed when in fact it is armed at night. The activity record shwows the correct status.

I pulled up your account and am seeing successful activity from your device.  Can you tell me what you are seeing on the app that indicates it's not arming? Do you see the countdown? Any more detail on what's happening on your end would be helpful for troubleshooting.
