So I recently installed the Xfinity home system and have a couple gripes. #1 there is no Windows phone app. #2 while using my Windows phone and on the portal I cannot veiw the camera because my phone doesn't use flash player. #3 each person can have a different passcode for the house but we have to share my e-mail amongst everyone to access the app and portal from other devices. Its the main e-mail for the acct and therefore everyone in my house has admin level access to my entire comcast acct. So what can be done about any of these issues.

A new @comcast.net email address can be created & used as the email associated with Xfinity Home & to log into the mobile app. We can switch your Xfinity Home account to this email address and all users for your account can use this to sign in. I can open a ticket on your behalf to make these changes.
