After changing the password as directed by tech, I can no longer view the camera through my phone. I have taken off the app, and reinstalled it... Still not working. I have called, no one has been able to assist me. Please help.
Are you getting this issue on the web portal as well. If not, can you please try clearing your data on the app? If you are seeing the same issue on the portal, can you try unplugging and replugging your camera?
