Moved - Xfinity Home cannot log in after re-setup

We moved at the beginning of this month and since we moved we have not been able to access our xfinity home security system.... After plugging everything in the same as it was at the house, when we log in on a computer it doesnt log you onto the account but brings you to the "purchase xifnity home" page.... http://www.xfinity.com/home-security

when you log in through the phone app it sais there was an error.... I would love for this solution to be fixed soon so we can actually have and can monitor security at our new house. Status on the home app sais everything is fine and the xinfity home touchscreen sees the cameras and sensors.
