since the update a few days ago, the app will not let me log in. It tells me that the account owner needs to add me as an authorized user... I AM the account owner....

Do you have more than one user in My Account?

Try calling XHome Services 1-877-298-0874

crazywildzebra - I pulled up your account and will Private Message you with more information. Private messages can be accessed by clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right hand corner of any forums page.
