I have been unable to sign in to the Xfinity home app for several days.

I have been unable to log in to the Xfinity home app for several days; tried two different chat sessions but both times they were stumped. Second attempt said that s/he would open a trouble ticket for me but I haven't heard anything more on the subject. Really frustrated; it's not a password issue because I can get into other Xfinity/Comcast sites. This is only an issue with the Home App. Can anyone help??
