Home portal says to sign in with primary account, I am the primary account holder...

Home portal says to sign in with primary account, I am the primary account holder...

 

wwhen I try to connect to the home portal through the mobile app or even the web portal. I am told to have the primary user grant me access. I am the primary user. 

Any ideas what is going on?

Are you using the account username/password?
