Home app not working

Home app not working

I had cable internet and security installed yesterday. The app wont go to any other screen but "add a device" also it wont let me add emergency contacts. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times with no change. I have the samsung note 8 .

Hi, Chris_Blanco! Thank you for posting! I can check what happened to the app. Please send me a private message and include your full name, the account holder's name as it's listed on the billing statement. Click on my name ComcastElla, then click Send a message.
