Home app not working on phones

We installed the apps on our phones and while it worked for one day, it then stopped. We have deleted and reinstalled the app several times and I don’t get past a home screen. There is no recent activity and in automation it says it has encountered an error. You can hit try again but nothing changes.

I have escalated your issue to the Comcast Team available to these forums. Check back often for a reply in this thread from a Comcast Official Employee.
