Home app login loop

Hello it’s been a few days that I cant access the Xfinity Home app to manage my home security system. I deleted the app multiple times, my ios is up to date, I tried to set a different default browser nothing works.
My husband is able to use the app with the same credential.
I’m able to access all other xfinity app except home. Need help pls

What device are you using?

Jenny9519 -- Thanks for reaching out. Can you please send me a Private Message & confirm the username you are using to sign in ? You can send a Private Message by clicking on my username "ComcastRachelH" & then on the blue "Send a Message" button from my profile.

Also curious if you are able to log in successfully to home.xfinity.com.

Issue is not yet resolved despite multiple HOME app updated. Now i can’t no longer connect to the CONNECT app either 🤦‍♀️
