I keep getting Error #317031 when trying to arm my alarm from my mobile app. It shows "failed to arm system due to open security zone. Please close secuirty zone and try again". What does this error mean?

I pulled up your account & see that one of your zones/doors is open. To put your Xfinity Home in an armed mode, all zones (ie. doors/windows) need to be closed. Can you please check that the door is shut & then try arming once more?
