Are you sure you are using the correct SSID/password to connect to your wifi?

Thanks for reporting this issue. We investigated the issue and have fixed a networking issue on our backend servers. Can you please confirm if you are still facing the issue with not being able to use the app over Wifi but works on LTE? If you are still facing the issue please try rebooting the Wifi gateway/router? If problem still persists please post and we will take a look.
