Home App can't connect to Touchscreen after power outage

Home App can't connect to Touchscreen after power outage

After power is out, my touchscreeen still works due to backup battery. Howerver, I can't connect to it through my Home app. It gives 'touchscreen lost power' error and there is no way to get around that. As such, I can't arm/disarm my system remotely and probably won't receive any alerts.

 

How can this be fixed?
