I recently switched from android to ios getting the XS, and cannot consistently view any of my 4 cameras in my house remotely through the Xfinity Home App. I have installed and reinstalled the app 4 times and each time i get a preview of all 4 cameras each time. But then when i close the Home app and go back in, no preview available on any of them.. I install and reinstall the home app again, and i am able to see camera previews until i go out again and come back in, then no cameras again. What's going on?
stricklandjulia - Thanks for reaching out. I've already shared your information with engineering, who believes what you're experiencing is related to an issue we're already aware of. We're working on a fix that will be included in an upcoming app release.
