Error message 43999

i have tried everything to get rid of the error message on my mobile app. It is imperative for safety purposes that I be allowed to set my alarm from my phone. I called and free an hour and a half on the phone, the tech said it was a glitch and would work later. Here I am 24 hours later and it still isn't working. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

I pulled up your account and see you are no longer experiencing 43999 errors.  I looked at activity under the primary email address associated with your account & see successful sign ins.  I also pulled up activity under a non-primary address and see the errors there.
