Error code 11311

I am unable to arm or disarm from my mobile app and repeatedly get the error code 11311. The app has been uninstalled and installed and have switched my phone off and on during the process. Any troubleshooting tips would greatly appreciated. Thank you

I am having the same problem. Started today getting the error code 11311. Unistalled and installed again and power on, also can't connect on my laptop gives a message connection issues. I can arm and disarm with the touchscreen at home. Any ideas on a resolution? Thanks
