Have not been able to set my alarm remotely from the app for a couple days now. And now I cannot even sign on. Error code 21001. This is getting very frustrating. I need to know if this happens to be an ongoing problem. We are still in our 30 days and can cancel Xfinity Home if I am not giong to be able to use what I pay for.
