Have not been able to log in to my xfinity home app from any of my iphones for months. Keep getting error 43999. Is there a fix for this?

It appears your account is sitting in a "Ready for Activation" state. Could you please try visiting this site & signing in: www.xfinityhome.com/xhactivate
Once you do that, can you try signing into the mobile app & let me know if you are successful?
after I sign in it just goes to an upgrade page that has shopping for devices and upgrades on it. I don't see any setup area.
