About three days ago I started getting the dread 43401 message while trying to log in to the Home app. A phone call to tech support did not help so I went by an Xfinity store. The tech verified that my login information was correct and suggested a hard reboot of my cable modem, which I did. I have also deleted and reinstalled the app on my iPad and installed it freah on my Android device, which now gives error number 55403 - same text, though.
