ERROR 43500

ERROR 43500

I just downloaded this xfinity home app and it won't let me sign in. It keeps saying error 43500. Someone please help me out.

Your account appears to still be in an activation state.  Activation must be complete before you can log into our mobile app.  Can you give me a little more information?  Are you doing a self-install?
