Disconnecting the camera?

Disconnecting the camera?

I think that someone in my house is disconnecting the camera and when I try to log into the camera on the mobile app, I get an error code and tells me to try again. That happened a few times for about an hour and then no problem. Is there a code that tells me if its disconnected?
