I am not able to log into the Xfinity Home portal with a secondary user account. Is there something that I need to configure to get this to work?

At this time, only the primary user ID can sign into the Xfinity Home app. This is whatever Comcast user ID you used to sign up with when you purchased Xfinity Home. We are working on a solution so that multiple accounts can log in.
