I have been having difficulties with the app controlling my thermostats I have 2 upstairs and downstairs. If I try do any adjustments to the thermostat on the app I ALWAYS get the 317122 error code. It says please we have encountered an error please try again. I call advanced technical support every few months, when ever I get annoyed, I always ask if there is a solution yet. I always get the answer, well you seem to be the only one with this problem. Funny if you search the error code in the forum there are many with the same issue, the thread is locked and there is no resolution. I went so far as to buy new thermostats and still the same thing it ha been almost 7 months and no resolution, I guess I can always blame it on Trump, or Covid Huh? I always have to pay my bill or I get disconnected, can I bill comcast for services Not rendered? Getting very very frustrated, if its not the wifi its the cable, not too good for service in my opinion.
