Can’t use Face ID to arm/disarm alarm, but signing into app w/ Face ID no problem. I’ve closed the app, reinstalled the app...nothing works. It worked perfectly for a little while there, but for the last 3 months its just been frustrating.

Please follow the below steps to ensure "Face ID for Arm/Disarm" is set to ON:
Through the Xfinity Home app for mobile devices settings:
Sign in to your Xfinity Home app for mobile devices.
On the Overview screen:
Android: Tap the three dots, tap More, then tap Settings.
Apple: Tap More, then tap Settings.
Tap the switch next to the ID option to turn it on or off.
Enter your Keypad Code.
Tap Yes to confirm.
