I am getting error 43401 when I try to login using the xfinity home mobile app on my Android phone. However, if I login using the web browser, using the same credentials, on the same device, I have no problems. This is not a good solution, because I want my Home Connect to work all the time.

When I pull up your account I don't see you as an active Xfinity Home Security & Automation customer. The Xfinity Home mobile app is only for customers of this service. Which website are you signing into?
