Can't sign in in mobile app

I found this help area through my Xfinity app, not my Xfinity Home app. I can't seem to sign in on my X-home app and there's nothing to click on if you forgot your log in info. Anyone?

I can't get anyone at comcast to reset my temp password! The temp password has expired. I'm about to the point to tell them to come and get there stuff! Does anyone know how to change this.
