Can't login home app

Can't login home app

Trying to use Xfinity home app and it doesn't work. Tried using various methods listed in forums and nothing works. I'm updated to the latest version as well. I think this bug needs an immediate fix to insure quality customer support.

I pulled up your account & see that you are using an older version of the Xfinity Home app.  Can you please update to the most recent version?

Are you sure about that??? Because it was up to date, then I just recently uninstalled then reinstalled. So at this point I'm not so sure if you know what you talking about. Look I just want to be able to do what the app offers. Nothing more nothing less. Either you can help the situation or I will find someone within your work establishment who can. Like your boss.

Thanks for confirming!  From my end, the last app activity I see is from November 26, using Android version 7.2.6.205272.  The reason any later activity may not be showing up is because you are getting stuck at a certain point in the sign in process.  I needed to confirm that you've updated to the latest version of the app.  I have private messaged you regarding your account.

Yes I have updated to the latest version, and checked my phone for updates as well. Still can't login.
