Can't connect to live view.

I have an LG G6 on TMobile, and I am unable to view my camera live 95% of the time unless I am on Wi-Fi. My wife has the same phone but an older version of the home app and she can connect almost every time. It is really annoying when I am not home and have to watch 30 second clips while clicking play more because I can't view live. Please help.

Maverick_990 -- Thanks for reaching out.  Do you have any VPN software on the device?  Is it possible there may be other restrictions on the device, (i.e. - something set up by your employer - if this is a device used for work purposes.)
